Dining

The theme is chic, and both Marlin Bleu and Bourgeois Bar fit the profile. With light meals and snacks available all day from the deck and bar, the restaurant takes over after 18:00 to delivery a bistro menu with a cross-section of dishes ranging from fish or local seafood as the centre of attraction to attractive menu items on the meat and poultry side.

Pool and Terrace facilities

The Empereur Terrance lines the front of the hotel and provides pleasant sun-filled mornings for a coffee meeting or afternoons where a cold beverage and light meals can enjoy. The tempo is a touch faster paced than other resorts to cater for meeting schedules and a food healthy and served with attention to detail to impress the hosted party.

Conference rooms A + B

Accommodating up to 48 delegates classroom style, ballroom A can be converted to accommodate 100 delegates theatre-style or 70 banquet style.

Using a soundproof partition, Ball Room B can accommodate up to 96 delegates classroom style, 190 theatre, or up to 140 guests for a banquet.

When combined, both can accommodate up to 240 guests for a gala banquet, 168 delegate classroom or 340 theatre style.

Activities on offer

Eden Bleu’s position is the ideal launchpad for island hopping excursions via helicopter on aboard an assortment of the vessel to any of the neighbouring islands depending on speed and timing. Even a short half-day trip can deliver surprising results on the angling front or opt for an energetic adventure filled climb to the top of the mountainous outcrops on Mahe.

Numerous uncrowded beaches are within a 20-minute drive in the south of Mahe and or a short flip can position the guest to a day trip to La Digue to whiteness island life in the purest sense where the city life and office tempo are pulled back to the pace of literally an ox cart.
