The resorts, Ponta Mamoli, is just 108 km south of the Mozambican capital, Maputo, and 23 km from the South African frontier. The magnificent resort nestles in the dunes of the untouched shores with more than 2.2 km of pristine beach and surrounded by immaculate tracts of wilderness. The retreat offers an enticing beachside escape, with the ultimate in barefoot luxury in Africa.
The White Pearl Resorts Mozambique features 22 private Pool Suites, each of which provides their private pool, outside shower, and spectacular views of the Indian Ocean. Children under the age of 12 can be accommodated as third guests in a room.

The turtles at the resorts
The resort is home to one of the wealthiest turtle nesting sites in southern Mozambique. Between late October and early March, the turtles head to this stretch of coast to lay their eggs. Viewing of the nesting site can be arranged.

What a beautiful place, 'heaven on earth'. We were here for our honeymoon, exactly what we dreamed of and wished for. Super, super, super...too bad there is only one honeymoon!
